Travis Kiger was elected to the Fullerton City Council in June 2012. Prior to joining the council, he served on the Fullerton Planning Commission for a year and a half.

Travis has been a long-time and prolific advocate for limited-government and taxpayer rights in Fullerton and Orange County, as well as an avid proponent of civil rights and the U.S. Constitution. Travis' passion for excellence in local government was the catalyst for his work to help create one of the largest and most successful political websites in Orange County history.

In addition to his public service, Travis is the technology director for an industry-leading employee benefits consulting firm based in Irvine, where he has been leading a team of talented developers building web solutions for Fortune 500 employers over the past eight years.

Prior to that, Travis was a technology team leader for the Walt Disney Company, where he was responsible for managing some of the most visited sites on the Internet, such as Disney.com, ABC.com and ESPN.com.

Travis Kiger was born June 1, 1979 in Fullerton, California. He grew up in nearby Yorba Linda and re-established his roots back in Fullerton in 2004. Travis' wife, Jessica, grew up in a small town outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan. She met Travis while attending college in California, where she decided to stay and get married. Travis and Jessica have a one year old girl named Selah.
