My New Years Resolution for 2013 is to do my own version of this. :) (http://cincinnati.com/blogs/onevoice/) I'll learn more about all the Cincinnati neighborhoods and get a date with my husband every week! :) My rules are simple- a new neighborhood every week, no 'chain' restaurant (if at all possible), and no restaurant that I've already been to previously (again, if at all possible). Now, on to my first review!

After a few hiccups (Yelp proved to not the most reliable source for what is open!) my first week was a stop in Sharonville at Alreddy Cafe (http://www.alreddycafe.com/). Alreddy Cafe was a warm a cozy place that served us a delicious breakfast. Everything on their breakfast menu was under $8. Service was a bit slower than I was expecting but I tend to be a 'go go go' type person so I'm taking this as an opportunity to learn to sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment. The customers that came through were good mixture of working professionals (working from their breakfast tables thanks to the wifi) and an older crowd there to meet and chat. One of the working professionals overheard me making this video and came over to introduce herself and ask what I was doing. Hi Leah!!

Now to tie this into my Real Estate business! Homes prices in Sharonville range from $49,000-$264,000 with an average sale price of approximately $135,000. This is based on sales closed from July 6, 2011-Jan 2, 2013 and recorded with the MLS of Cincinnati.

"In Sharonville along the main thoroughfare, many of these older homes, now remodeled into shops, are reminders of the past. But it is not history so much as the future that makes Sharonville an appealing place. Lovely new homes have been built in an assortment of styles. Services have been increased, streets have been improved and plans are in the works for an even better quality of life.
Another appealing attraction is the closeness of Sharon Woods, with its forested hills, vast lake for fishing, 18-holes of golf, camping and picnic areas, baseball diamonds and nature trails. In addition, the area boasts a 56,000 square foot convention center. The Family Aquatic Center is available with many activities during warmer months." I had a great breakfast date with my husband and I'm looking forward to many more! Next week: Pleasant Ridge! If you have any suggestions please send them my way!
Thanks for watching! Please give a Thumbs Up if you liked it! And please share with your friends if you think they may have suggestions for me!
