Shut up and take my money!

In how much time can it charge one iPhone completely?
Washburn
Yes, without any explanation of how. The machine in their kickstarter video doesn't appear to be able to make anything at all. I think it is just a prop. No, I cant be certain. But they give no evidence that they can actually make them cheaper. Exactly how do they make solar panels cheaper than a Chinese factor worker?
Adam Kolar
You have completely missed the point. This is not about micro solar panels (which are already successfully used in mobile battery chargers), but about making them cheaper and more affordable.

WHAT IS THIS SONG? I CAN'T FIND IT AT ALL

Your kickstarter video seems very misleading. These cant actually power anything. In the video you suggest it could help replace batteries, but you and I both know it can only power stuff in direct sunlight in optimal conditions and is nothing special. Looks scammy.

Hi -- each standard solette (the little pieces of solar cells in the video) outputs around 130mA closed current and 0.5V -- so, a series string of 10 of those on a playing card backing, for instance, will output 5Vopen at around 130mA closed current in full noonday sun. Converting efficiency is in the 16-18% range. More available on Instructables (search for Solar 7-Up Instructables) and on our Kickstarter page referenced in the video.

What are the outputs of each card sized cell, and converting efficiency?
