PA German Part I - A normal day for (Amish) John Ebersol and I. As we drive home from work through the pennsylavania countryside I get the chance to hear/practice/learn pennsylvania's very unique dialect of Alemanisch GermanAKA Deitsch. This will be part of a series in which I will attemt to make the langauge heard from a native Amish speaker while also showing glimpses of the 'ruhig unn schee' PA countryside. This is espeacially for my Germanic speaking Austrian and Swiss friends to enjoy. Sorry John video taped this and he's not well aquainted with using electronic appliances! The video is a little shaky but the audio is good. For the next of the series I will correct that, that and it was majorally improvised in nature. I'll try to make these more interesting and constructive for those ''waer een interest in di Deitsche Sprooch hot.....Ken stress, viel Lieb, un Lewe viel! Mer hend nur en lewwe! machts Guud:) - Lee H *oh and I recommend for anyone whose interested in Deitsch to check out the ''Bischt wie Massischriwwelkuche'' by torrinomusic, its a rare example of a young artist singing in Deitsch
