CBS news investigates complaints about PG&E smart meters, and talk to a customer whose bills went up after his smart meter was installed.

Like many customers, Bill Galvin complained that his bill went up, and PG&E told him he used more power and their rates had gone up. KPIX found out his smart meter had been installed incorrectly.

Reporter then asks PG&E:
Are you saying this consumer is the only one with a problem?
