A woman has dreams that she is a werewolf so she goes out and finds men. She proceeds to have sex with them and then rip their throats out with her teeth. She eventually falls in love but then she is raped and her lover is murdered so she goes out for revenge.

Daniela, violentata all'età di 15 anni, odia tutti gli appartenenti al sesso maschile. Inoltre, erede della licantropia di cui era stata oggetto una ascendente vissuta duecento anni prima, nelle notti di luna piena diviene lupa mannara. Quando la sorella Irene giunge dall'America con lo sposino Fabian, Daniela seduce e sbrana il cognato. Ricoverata in ospedale, riesce ad evadere e semina numerose altre vittime. Avvicinata però da un dolce stunt-man, sembra poter vivere al suo fianco una vita normale, finché non accade qualcosa di terribile...
