Toyosatomimi no Miko, an interesting character. I read up the translation, and her theme suddenly made perfect sense.

She has the ability to listen to Ten People at once, but not just Ten People, but Ten Desires. She made herself into a legend, and as such, no-one believed in her anymore, and is why she appeared in Gensokyo. Upon realising this, she plots to bring her Taoist ways across the lands, but also, to Exterminate Youkai and preserve peace. That's right, once again, for the second game in a row, we have a final boss who isn't plotting anything evil, unless you liked the Youkai.

Oh, she claims Byakuren is a Dark Lord due to her connection to Youkai... Anyway, back to music, it brings in a feeling of war, that this character wants to bring order to the land, almost a crusade feel...
