For more info, visit http://www.bio-rad.com/yt/2/ProteinIn.... Phosphoinositides are signaling lipids whose misregulation has been linked to cancer. In this webinar, you will learn how label-free interaction studies allowed identification and characterization of novel phosphoinositide binding proteins and a novel phosphoinositide binding domain. These studies were undertaken with Bio-Rad's new ProteOn™ LCP sensor chip, which uses DNA hybridization to selectively capture liposomes in order to detect phosphoinositide-protein interactions.
