When I wrote the song Revival in 1989, surviving a flood was the furthest thing from my mind. Yet these images I have gathered from various news sources seem to fit with the music. I have lived through many a hurricane on Long Island & Florida, and a couple of tornados in my 23 years in Nashville, but have never seen water the way I saw it during the flood of May 2010. The image of Marty Stuart singing was taken the night they had to move The Grand Old Opry into the War Memorial building because the Opry house was under water. Ken Spooner May 12 2010
