Sac State's One Book Program, established in 2008, is a campus-wide initiative involving all academic disciplines, class levels and members of the campus community. Participants read the same book each year, engage in discussions with the author and participate in service projects that address the contemporary social issues raised by the book. The Magazine welcomes Sheree Meyer, associate dean for Undergraduate Studies and creator of Sacramento State's One Book Program, along with student John Kanemoto.
