Washington found itself in the NFC East basement last season, in large part due to their terrible quarterback situation. It didn't matter if John Beck or Rex Grossman had the ball. The Redskins were plain bad at moving it. And guess what they did to resolved that situation, select an allstart QB Robert Griffin III as the second pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. It certainly didn't help that receiver Santana Moss missed a portion of the season due to injury, but this organization really is a quarterback away from being competitive in this division. The Giants, after all, were able to win the division in week 17 with 9 wins on the season. Once in the playoffs, well, they again proved anything can happen. The Redskins are hoping Robert Griffin III, Mr. RG3 himself pans out as a second overall draft pick.
Robert Griffin III, RG3, the man with the super socks. He is a physical specimen worth beholding. He was dominant at the combine, but he was no stranger to turning heads throughout his career at Baylor, so I'm sure he's used to wowing everybody in a room. His career will be a fun one to follow. His ceiling may also be higher than any other prospect in this draft class. The sky isn't the limit for this kid. A lot of people think the sky is his floor.
