Audit trails are saved with StatFolios and record when and by whom changes have been made. They are particularly useful for demonstrating that a validated StatFolio has not been modified. Passwords may also be assigned to StatFolios that limit who has access to those documents and what type of operations they may perform when the documents are loaded.
