This song depresses me for some reason. But it's okay ,'cause it's Seether.

You know what I like about Seether, a band that can do a HEAVY song that's just as bad ass as any Godsmack song, then a pop rock song that sounds pretty damn good. Then they mix it up with a song like this, it's heavy, it's catchy, it reminds me of what Black Sabbath was doing, or the Foo Fighters, or If the lyrics to Nirvana made sense but this guy can sing. Great band, I love the heavy songs and the acoustic and the in between songs, this song is awesome ! Rock on !

His voice! <3 The best part of it is that he sounds just as awesome live.

he reminds me of my little brother. Especially the videos done in Africa live quite a while ago. I think 2010. The one 'the gift' the resemblance is so strong it is almost dejvu .. my brother died from suicide in Jan 2011. So with the mannerisms from watching 'the gift' video live.. it just .. cant put words to it. Maybe find it comforting. It's not just looks, its more the motions and my brother played the guitar as well. Just a beautiful reminder. Thanks Shawn.. it really gives me some sort of peace, my brother was a huge Seether fan before he died, could play any of their songs by ear.. was amazing. Damn I miss him :(
