Low Country Boil

4 ounces of Zatarains Crab Boil

1 tablespoon Zatarains liquid Crab Boil

2 medium sweet onions

2 pounds of turkey smoked sausage

2 dozen petite red potatoes

6-8 half ears of corn

2 pounds medium shrimp

Fill an 8- or 10-quart pot about halfway full with water. Add spices and liquid crab boil. While the water is heating up, cut onions into fours, leaving the root tip to hold the onion together. Cut the sausage into small round or elongated pieces. Once the water begins to boil, add potatoes, corn, onions and sausage. Let cook for 45 minutes to an hour, until the potatoes are soft. Pull out the corn and onions and add shrimp to pot. Cook for 5 minutes, until shrimp are done. Strain liquid off, and serve hot. This recipe should feed 4 to 6 people.
