HILARIOUS: US State Dept states that peace talks in Syria are premature

Is it premature to say that this woman is not very bright? Moscow has invited representatives of the Syrian government and opposition groups to hold talks in the Russian capital next week. The aim is to find a solution to the long-running civil war, and to co-ordinate joint action against Islamic State. However, Washington has expressed doubts over the meeting.
