Marcia Franklin talks with authors Kim Barnes and Tim Cahill about their works, and gets their picks for good summer reading. She also shares viewers' book recommendations.

Kim Barnes is a professor at the University of Idaho,and the author of five books, including her latest, "In the Kingdom of Men," a coming-of-age story about a woman who moves to Saudi Arabia in the 1960s. Tim Cahil, a founding editor of Outside magazine, is an accomplished adventure travel writer and the author of 10 books, including "Jaguars Ripped My Flesh" and "Pecked to Death by Ducks."
