6:33 still gives me goosebumps. I would have not became a physicists without Cosmos.

Carl Sagan and Cosmos inspired me to study Religion, Philosophy, and Theology.

Bruno Lopes - this is from the album "Heaven and Hell". Sagan used this piece at the opening and closing of,each episode. Vangelis, of course. I have that album.

When you die, your spirit leaves your body. It is only the body that is under the ground, not you

TheStam19 lol ya thats the point, worms, and microbes and other things consume your body, bringing in the rich nutrients of organic matter, then when they die,THEIR rotting bodies provide nutrients for the soil, giving plant life the ability to grow, etc.. even if it is not preferable its stil "going back to from which you came"

1:58 Goosebumps #Eargasms  Wanderlust 6:36 One of the most provoking and inspiring series ever made. No one has ever explained space, in all its bewildering glory, as well as Sagan did.
