Vincent is a young man born and brought up in Hong Kong. When he was even younger, he had a dream of helping people in need in other countries, using his knowledge. He tried his very best to equip himself so that he could join MSF. After graduation, he worked in a public hospital as an A&E nurse until 2012, when he decided to resign from his stable job and join MSF’s mission in Yambio, South Sudan. Arriving at the hospital there, he was excited because it had been his plan since he was young. But he was also nervous about whether he was capable of fulfilling his dream.
