This is our first video of our wildlife cooking series. We fried whitetail deer back strap along with some fried mushrooms on the side. Cooking this is very simple and only takes a few ingredients (Listed Below). We hope your all enjoy the video we realize its not high quality but we enjoy making these for everyone. Recipe below.

Fried Deer Backstrap---
Step 1-Soak your Deer Backstrap in milk for Half an Hour
Step 2-Turn stove on medium heat
Step 3-Pour 1/8 cup canola oil into a large cooking dish of your choice
Step 4-Fill a small container with flour
Step 5-Coat your back strap with flour
Step 6-Cook the back strap in the skillet until golden Brown
Step 7-Season with whatever you'd like *cant go wrong with just salt and pepper* and enjoy

Fried Mushrooms--
Step 1-Repeat Steps 2-4 from previous recipe
Step 2-Rinse and strain your mushrooms before using
Step 3-Break an egg into a bowl and mix your mushrooms in it
Step 4-Coat the Mushrooms with flour
Step 5-Cook and season to your pleasing and then eat.
