You will need:

Garlic Bread:
Vegan margarine
2 cloves of garlic
A handful of parsley

Pea & Mint Risotto:
400g Arborio risotto rice
2 pints of vegetable stock
2-3 small onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 bowl of defrosted peas
A bunch of mint
A splash of white wine
Olive Oil
