CASSSIEE!! I really wish that sometimes you'd just speak less. It's hard trying to concentrate when you hear a high-pitched voice yelling at you to keep going. Motivation is okay, but I wish you would just let us find our "inner peace" first before you keep blabbing on. Please. Thank you. I'm sorry, I just want to thank you also because this workout killed my arms. You're the reason why I looked gorgeous during prom. Thank you :) You did well, cause I'm pissed and tired and happy at the same time. I hate arms day.

I had to stop a few times because my mat got sweaty and I was losing my grip :/ I'd rather pause for a few seconds though than fall flat on my face!! XD

+blogilates  got to stop few times cuz my hands, palms and toes sweat. I was doing on wooden floor so it's quite slippery for me, pause, take towel to clean and come back to do this, so sorry +_+

I always put planks at the end of a workout. The feeling of dripping sweat on my chin is the best feeling ever!
