I would donate but I realy dont have an income as of now, but I'm enjoying mango month so far.
Have you ever tryed sumac berries beffor? They taste like lemony mango and I heard they're good when made into an ade (as in a lemon ade sort of thing). I only got one chance to collect those so far, and the few I tryed were pretty good in my opinion, they're in the same family as mangos, cashews and pistacios so maybe you could try it as well.
Watch out for rare types of mango like M. Casturi-Kasturi, M. Caesia-Wani/binjai, M. Odorata-Kuini, M. Caloneura-Jack, M. Lalijiwo-Lali Jiwa, M. Pajang-Bambangan. The wani(M.Caesia) is particularly interesting, apparently it has the texture of a pear and tastes like soursop with white flesh and brown skin.
When I was in Guyana they would sell under ripe mangos and call them apples. The did not seem to know what apples were as in what the rest of the English speaking world calls apples. When I saw the tittle to this video I thought it was going to be about that, I am glad it was not as I always love to learn something knew.
