Wearing feathered and beaded regalia, Native Americans from tribes across North America met on the Bear Down Field to compete in the UA Wildcat Powwow. Elders and young children alike danced the traditional jingle dances, grass dances and gourd dances. The student-run event is a chance to showcase the richness of Native culture on campus. More bold stories from the UA at http://www.arizona.edu.
