Meet some of the the martial arts trainers from Kixa KSDA, and see their flying kicks, breaking bricks, sparring, receiving punches from all directions and punching iron plates, with no pain or injuries.

The Kixa system, which originates from Indonesia, concentrates on physical fitness, self defence and central power (breathing exercises). The Kixa methods of training are designed to improve concentration, self control and build stamina, which promotes practical health and fitness, based on natural inner strength and personal safety techniques.

Kixa KSDA offers training in central power self defence at locations including Willesden, Grahame Park, Kilburn, Norbury, Luton, Bedford, Burnt Oak, Southgate, Harrow, Reading, Luton, Streatham, Harlesden, Sudbury, Brondesbury and Mill Hill.
