The classic country duets were undoubtedly at their peak in the late 60s and 1970s, the likes of George Jones & Tammy Wynette, Dolly Parton and Porter Waggoner, Johnny & June and many more. Fast forward 40 years and those timeless themes are alive and well in the hands, and voices of My Darling Clementine (a.k.a. Michael Weston King and Lou Dalgleish).
The brand new record, "The Reconciliation?" released by Continental Song City is now out and available to purchase from online retailers such as iTunes, Amazon & play.com, as well as your best record shops, such as Brighton's Resident in physical format.
This is the follow-up to the highly acclaimed debut, "How Do You Plead?" With the help of PledgeMusic campaign supporters, the album was recorded at the renowned Sheffield studio, Yellow Arch. Production was handled by Colin Elliott, who has previously worked with Richard Hawley, Duane Eddy, Jarvis Cocker, Tony Christie and even Kylie Minogue! It features 12 new, stunning duets, plus special guest appearances from Kinky Friedman, The Brodsky Quartet & the Richard Hawley band.
Early reviews of the album have been handed out, and it's matched if not exceeded, the level of praise the debut received.

The debut album was a stunning evocation of the classic country duet but The Reconciliation? actually surpasses its illustrious predecessor.
