Jesus healed this girl not in the awakening spiritual service or Sunday service but in in a simple community prayer, when Jesus has His compassion something remarkable could happen. "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.(Matthew 6:33) all the glory, honor, power & praise unto Jesus alone.

Is there medical documentation to prove she was really paralyzed and then later healed?

I would not call that proof, merely evidence that her legs were atrophied and that as such, paralysis seems to have been likely.
I don't recall hearing any mention of a charge or any form of payment taking place, why would you jump to such a conclusion? I believe church attendance and admittance is meant to be free to all who wish to attend anyway and should do so freely not because they feel obliged to do so.
How can you make such a claim if you do not know for certain that such events never occurred? It is possible that such an event did not occur but it is also possible that it did, we cannot be dogmatic either way.
In what way do you feel he has mistreated the girl?
You think that Christians control such a power, that we can heal at whim? God chooses when and where he will manifest his power, we can only act as instruments in its use. We still need hospitals & medical care just as everyone else does. A key requirement in healing seems to be faith, if the person they are attempting to heal has insufficient faith or doubts that it can be done then it is far less likely that any healing will take place. Faith is also important for the "healer."
I agree that we have no definitive proof that she was paralyzed before but the muscular atrophy clearly evident in her legs does lend some credence to such a claim. Still not definitive proof though, merely a possibility..
It is good that you are not blind to what Atheism is, though many deny this view and I agree with what you have said regarding Thailand and Mohammed but have you ever asked such believers if they have had any first hand experiences or evidence to back up such beliefs? Many seem not to.
