Designed in collaboration with British automobile manufacturer Jaguar, who supply the team cars for Team Sky, the F8 looks strikingly different to Pinarello's previous incarnation, the Dogma 65.1 Think 2. The F8 has been extensively tested in a wind tunnel and is reportedly 40% more aerodynamic than the previous model.

Tom Last spoke to John Pitman from Jaguar at the grand unveiling in Venezia to talk about working with Pinarello to create an aerodynamic, UCI-complicit frame.

The F8 is expected to appear at the Criterium du Dauphine in June, before being used by all Team Sky riders at the Tour de France in July.
