According to U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, the whole world is a battlefield and anybody deemed a terror suspect can be detained by the military, held indefinitely, and denied access to a lawyer. These clips were recorded during the debate of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (NDAA), which was signed into law on December 31, 2011.
