Hi, I'm Camille and in this short video I will share with you my top three strategies to get rid of celullite. Let's get started!

1. Eat healthier!
In order to get rid of celullite you need to take a closer look at your diet. Avoid junk fast foods, processed foods and stay away from saturated fats. It is also good to limit sugar, salt and drink atleast 5 to 6 glasses of water everyday. This way your body will begin to shed it's excess fat, including the fat stored as cellulite. Simple :)

2. Exercise More!
Think about it: if cellulite is a fat then what would be the best way to get rid of it? The answer is simple - working out! Start jogging, swimming, yoga, running or whatever sport you like the most. If you don't have enough time for sport, try to walk for additional 30 minutes everyday. Doing only this will give you great results - I was able to spot a huge difference in my celullite reduction only after 3 weeks of walking with my dog everyday, so this is method is definitelly working.

3. Brush your skin!
Sking brushing is another scientifically proven technique that works well against celullite. You will need a simple body brush with a natural bristles for this. To brush your skin, start at you feet and sweep up the legs in long, light brisk movements. All skin brushing movements should be towards the heart, to encourage the return of blood and lymphatic flow. It takes a month or two of daily brushing to see real results on your skin. But don't get discouraged becasue of long time to see the effect - just do it now or you will regret later!

By using these simple techniques I was able to get rid of celullite almost completely. But I must be honest with you: I knew absoulutely nothing about getting rid of celullite until I bought a course a month ago.
