Mermaid's Scar Commercial #1

The first, ultra-violent commercial for the Mermaid's Scar OVA from Viz's Ranma ½ Vol. 1 VHS tape. This was the only tape where this commercial aired and it was quickly replaced with the more artfully edited second one. This is circa 1993.
