Strawberry cake recipe:
4 eggs 1 orange skin (minced) 1 cup of sugar 70g butter (melted) 1tsp baking powder Half a cup milk 1 1/2 cup of flour 1/2 cup of heavy cream 250g straberries 1 cup of strawberry jam
In one dish we add the butter, sugar and eggs. We mix it well. In the flour we add the baking powder and little bit of salt. While mixing we add the flour and the milk in the dish. Then we add the minced orange skin. After we mix it well we put it into the preheated oven of 350°C for 20-25 min.
In another dish, we mix the heavy cream and put it into fridge. The baked cake should be cut into two pieces. In another dish we add the jam and we squeeze half of orange in it. We layer the cake with the jam, start putting the strawberries in the first layer, then in the middle we put the heavy cream. Then we put the other cake on top and sprinkle it with sugar powder.
