Hey guys, I'm your host Dorian Douglass bringing you the Top 5 most shocking celebrity weigh losses.

In our number 5 spot is Kelly Osbourne. Back in 2009, Osbourne joined the cast of Dancing With the Stars that helped jumpstart her weight loss. After training for 10 weeks, Kelly was able to knock off about 40 pounds and now stays fit by doing at least 30 minutes of cardio daily

We all know John Goodman as that big cuddly bear. And while he still may be a snuggle muffin, Goodman is no longer the big guy. The actor has dropped a whopping 100 pounds, which he attributes to exercise and keeping a food journal.

Host of the Price Is Right, Drew Carey dropped a whopping 80 pounds thanks to the help of a no carb diet and cardio workouts. Carey not only looks better, he was also able to shed his type 2 diabetes.

In at number two is Star Jones. Back in 2003 Star rapidly lost 150 pounds, and it wasn't until 07 that she admitted she underwent gastric bypass surgery. Jones was criticized for lying and claiming she had shed the pounds via a portion control diet and exercise.

Coming in at number one is Jennifer Hudson. The American Idol star went from a size 16, down to a 6.

Hudson became the spokesperson for Weight Watchers in 2010 which helped her lose 80 pounds. Looking slim as ever, Jennifer says she does not want to loose any more weight. She recently came out with an autobiography entitled I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down
