WASHINGTON, D.C. -- U.S. Rep. Ed Whitfield (KY-01), Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Energy and Power, recently spoke on the floor of the House of Representatives to question what he considers unequal application of federal law under the Obama Administration.
In his speech, Whitfield discusses discrepancies from Obama Administration's enforcement of the Affordable Care Act, in addition to selective enforcement of laws protecting migratory birds and birds protected under the Endangered Species Act.
