How to make notes on Job Seekers or Resumes – (show a resume searched listing) Once you have viewed a resume and want to make a note that only you or your staff can see, the jobseeker will not see it, just click on “Add note” right after the jobseeker’s name (click on add note). This freeform box will appear and when finished, just click on “Add Note” (type in some text and click on add note) And again, the jobseeker will NOT see this, only the personnel in your company who have your user and pass will have access to these notes.
