To add or remove delegates for your account, first go to the Tools menu option at the top and select Accounts at the bottom. In the Accounts window that opens, verify that your UGAMail account is highlighted on the left and that on the right it is indicated as an 'Exchange Account'. Click the 'Advanced' button in the bottom right hand corner. Click the Delegates tab at the top. The top box indicates the delegates currently set up for your account. To add a delegate, hit the plus button below the top box. Type in the person's first name and last name in the Search box and click Find. Highlight the person's name in the search results and click OK. In the new Permissions window that opens, set up the options you would like for this person to have. Be sure to click 'Send Permissions Summary' so that your delegate will now know that they have been granted permissions to your UGAMail account. Click OK when you are done. You should now see your delegate listed in the top box. The next option you want to check is the "Send my meeting-related messages to" option. Be sure to review each of these options and choose the one that best fits your situation. Note that there is no 'Only Me' option. If you would like that option, go back and edit your delegate's permissions and uncheck the box for 'Delegate receives meeting invites'. To edit your delegate permissions at any time, simply double click on that person's name in the list or use the settings button on the right that looks like a gear. You can also remove delegates by highlighting their name in the list and clicking the minus button under the box. Be sure to click OK to save your changes before leaving the Delegates tab.
