A remix I made for the Kompoz Glen Phillips Collaboration Contest in 2008. I changed the tempo from 100 to 120 BPM and made it more of a rock track. The artefacts that came with the change in tempo are most noticeable in Glen Phillips lead vocal. Since the song is about a lonely space explorer, the 'warbly-tin-can' effect becomes somewhat of a feature.

Glen Phillips is a songwriter, lyricist, singer and guitarist. He is best known as the singer and songwriter for Toad the Wet Sprocket, the band he founded at the age of 16. Toad topped the charts with hits such as All I Want, Walk on the Ocean, Fall Down, and Something's Always Wrong. Phillips has released four solo albums, including Secrets of the New Explorers which includes the song "The Spirit Of Shackleton".
