Hello everyone this is just a little demonstration on some exercises you can do at home. I know I said everyone should have a stepper at home but I know that;s not always the case. a sturdy box should do the job. Also the qudricep exercise I I demonstrating is for the mid quad or the (vastus intermedius) in the center of the vastus lateralis and the vastus medialis of the qudricep muscle. It's a great exercise for helping with leg lifts when doing exercises for the lower abdominal muscles. :-)
