I really like to work on my pythons. The TRX Bicep Curl engages more than just the biceps. Maintain a straight alignment on your body, this exercise helps to work the stabilizers in the hips and core turning this favorite into more of a total-body workout.
So, stand with both feet together facing the pole or bar. Grab a TRX strap in each hand with your palms facing upwards. Keeping your elbows up high, drive your hands to your forehead effectively performing a bicep curl. Slowly lower to the starting position without any move on your body. Restart to finish all your amount of repetitions.

Afferra una maniglia del TRX in ciascuna mano con i palmi delle mani girati verso l'alto. Tieni i tuoi gomiti verso l'alto e porta le tue mani con le maniglie verso la fronte per poter effettivamente lavorare sui tuoi bicipiti. Lentamente riporta il tutto alla posizione di partenza senza muovere minimamente il tuo corpo. Ricomincia il movimento e finisci tutte le tue ripetizioni.
