My weathebug and my scanner can't always sync well. Sometimes you get warning on the weatherbug but when you go to the weather station of the locationt that the warning of the city is being served in the EAS isn't always brodcasted over the weather radio. That's why I think it's best to have an actual weather radio. In this case I got a storm warning in Jacksonville about 20 minutes after my last video but there was no warning brodcasted over the Jacksonville weather radio. So sometimes you have to look for the warning in other weather radio stations that serve your area (although orlando doesn't serve us but there was a warning there that sounded like the warning I got on my weatherbug.)
