Learn how to make Chai Latte which is basically Indian Masala Tea. We often prepare this spiced Chai for our guests. It has great health benefits and can be enjoyed as a bed tea, evening tea or after a heavy Indian meal. You can add sugar in the recipe as per your taste.
Ingredients ( This is for 3 cups) 2.5 cups of water 3/4 cup milk Sugar (can be added as per taste) 1 tsp Fennel seeds (Saunf) 1 tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain) 2 green cardamom 1 inch piece of ginger cut in pieces 1 Tea bag of your choice
Method: 1. Add Water in the Pot 2. Add all the spices and bring to a boil. 3. Add Milk and Boil. Once it comes to a boil, add tea bag. 4. Let the tea simmer for 3-4 mins. 5. Pass through the strainer and pour it in the cups. 6. Add sugar per your taste and serve.
