(Trailer for 37 min. documentary) When Orlando Weekly writer, Billy Manes, lost his partner, Alan, he nearly lost everything he owned to homophobic "in-laws" who swept in to claim Alan's body and his earthly possessions. In anti-gay Florida, where same-sex relationships are not recognized or afforded any legal protections, Billy had to fight to keep his home and the wedding ring on his finger.
