Hello, this is a personal project I have done.
The Hagia Sophia is one of the world's greatest buildings. After visting Istanbul, I curiously thought to myself 'I wonder what the original church looked like'.
After a lot research, this is how the Hagia Sophia possibly may have looked before the fall of Constantinople. It has taken me an entire year to complete, working on it on-off. I am very pleased with the result.
I hope you enjoy this video.
Facts: - Hagia Sophia survived many earthquakes. - The round tower located on the North East of the church is called the Skeuophylakion which was where all the Patriarchal treasure was kept. - The small building on the South side of the building was the Baptistery.
