Chef Jonathan Karpathios and his wife are the proud owners of restaurant Vork & Mes in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. For years he worked with very expensive products from around the world. He knew the origin of his fish and his meat. But his vegetables where a completely different story and not one that felt right. With a desire to only work with honest food and grow awareness of eating healthy food, he started his own restaurant.
