The war to Take Earth Back begins on March 6, 2012 for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC. Learn more about Mass Effect 3: http://www.masseffect.com .

Not everyone will survive. An ancient alien race, known only as "Reapers", has launched an all-out invasion leaving nothing but a trail of destruction in their wake. Earth has been taken, the galaxy is on the verge of total annihilation, and you are the only one who can stop them. The price of failure is extinction.

You are Commander Shepard, a character that you can forge in your own image. You determine how events will play out, which planets to explore, and whom to form alliances with as you rally a force to eliminate the Reaper threat once and for all.

How you wage this war is completely up to you: go into combat with guns blazing or use cover to plan a more tactical assault. Utilize your squad to full effect or take a lone wolf approach. Rain death from a distance or go toe--to-toe with enemies using devastating melee attacks.

Mass Effect 3 will react to each decision you make as you play through a truly unique experience of your own creation. The war for Earth has begun, decide how it ends.

Wow. It's been years since I've been in the Citadel, and this still made me tear up. Absolutely astounding

I've always wondered if this was cut because Bioware knew that this would only amplify the ensuing shitstorm from the endings.
That converstaion would saved the ending but no they just cut out. I hate Bioware.
When does it say that Anderson has kids? I have played all the games and read all the books and nowhere does it mention he has kids. He was married once, but he got divorced over twenty years ago
this was the most emotional dialogue in the game, and they cut it out. Why would they cut this out?
You don't get this dialogue regardless of what you did. Casey Hudson thought it took up too much time there at the end so this segment was cut from the game. Unless they do a patch to include cut scenes and dialogue, this will never appear in game.
This scene is impossible to get, it was cut before the games release..

That would've been a good piece to have n the game. But it was lengthy. So I get it getting cut. Since iv read all the books I know anderson never had kids. Never even gets to get with kahlee. So when he said I'm proud of u son it ment he considered him a son and was proud. A very touching tear jerking moment. Shep likly thought of anderson as a father figure aswell given how close they where. So I think what's in game is perfect. Short but thats whats heart breaking. This one was good but long

Why would they cut this? Why?
