I probably have a torn rotator cuff (the part that enables your shoulder to rotate) in my left shoulder. Making my shoulder very weak. I was too stubborn to go to the doctor, but soon I will go. The accident happened when I fell from a skateboard, and the shoulder popped out of its socket. Since then, every time I do something physically though with it, I get a pain sting and it feels as if the shoulder popped out again. When it happens you can also hear my bones scratching each other.
Edit: According to the MRI Scan it isn't a torn rotator cuff. There is a piece of bone broken from the shoulder bowl, and the impact has made a dent on the inside of my shoulder blade.
