here is the equipment i used for this workout:
1. adjustable step
2. agility ladder
3. slam ball (5 lbs)
4. mini band
5. resistance bands

YOU DON'T NEED ALL THIS EXPENSIVE GYM EQUIPMENT TO GET A GREAT WORKOUT!

here are the exercises:
1. quick feet step over
2. quick feet tap
3. ball slam
4. ladder hand walk to push up
5. agility ladder in and out
6. mini band side step walk
7. band plyo torso rotation
8. band boxers quick hands
