Cup stacking, speed stacking, sport stacking, whatever you call it, is a great body and brain activity. It's physical, it's mental, and it's fun. All ages can enjoy speed stacking. Like any physical activity, it's important to be hydrated and keep BREATHING. Don't hold your breath when stacking. Grip the cups lightly and move with grace.
