The Yes on 38 campaign TV ad "Logic" highlights how we will be able to raise $10 billion a year for public schools in California. Under Prop 38 multi-millionaires will pay an average of $76,000 more in taxes, while incomes between $25,000 and $50,000 would average just $54 more a year.

Proposition 38 has been endorsed by the California State PTA, the California School Boards Association and the Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Diego, Santa Monica-Malibu and Pasadena school districts, among others.

For 12 years, Proposition 38 will raise $10 billion a year for public schools in California. Every school gets new money on a per student basis, the funds are controlled locally, and the legislature and the governor are strictly prohibited from using the money for any other purposes. Multimillionaires will pay 2.2% more in taxes, but most people earning under $50,000 a year won't pay any more taxes.
