Tips! Knead wholemeal flour with normal cold water. Measurement idea, 6 1/2 cup Aata 3 1/4th cup water. Add 4-5 tb more if you feel its still hard.

Different kind of flour needs different amount of water. At the end it should be a little softer than play dough. Some aata need resting some don't you can make roti straight away. When you make roti you will understand. Some has to be mixed & kept in fridge overnight. Good aata is the key to good roti.
