Tips: Your pickle will take around 4 - 10 days to ferment depending on where you live and how warm the room is so please don't open the pickle jar for 4-5 days because it will slow the fermentation process. After 4-5 days check your pickle and If it's not fully fermented then let it ferment for few more days and check again :)

Hey Guys, Welcome back to my channel and today I'm going show to how to make Mula ko Achar also known as Radish Pickle. This pickle is very popular in my country Nepal and we like to eat this with rice, dal and curry. Its super easy to make and it's really delicious so pls give it a try. I'm pretty sure that you and your family will love it :)

Ingredients

600g Radish (cut into 1.5 inch)
2 Garlic cloves (chopped)
7-8 Green chilli (sliced)
1 tsp masala powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
4 tsp Toasted Mustard Seeds (finely grinded)
Salt to taste
4 sp Cooking oil
1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
